The practice has been involved both with NHS work and nursing homes of various types. The NHS work has primarily comprised alterations and extensions to health centres and doctors' surgeries in North Hertfordshire and Luton.

The nursing homes have been spread all over the country from Fareham in the south to Kendal in the north and from Wisbech in the east to Taunton in the west. This work has involved setting up contracts in distant locations by finding the right construction team in the locality. Most of these projects have involved substantially extending the size and capacity of the homes, and upgrading facilities to current standards, to cater for their speciality of care.
